If you're going strictly 80s, I'm actually going with Heather Thomas by a slight margin, because I liked her in Fall Guy, but again, it's only a slight margin. If you're going all time, though, it has to be Locklear, because of the way she resurrected Melrose Place.
She single-handedly made Melrose Place the most fun show to watch on TV of the time. I totally agree.
