I stumbled upon a website devoted to my 2nd favorite horror film of all time, LET'S SCARE JESSICA TO DEATH (1971) For anyone who hasn't seen this film, they ABSOLUTELY MUST. It is the quintessential 1970's psychological horror film, and every viewing of it leaves me mesmerized.

I have this DVD in my collection -- don't know where it came from -- but I haven't watched it yet.
I'm so easily convinced *to* or *not to* watch a film, and this was the case with Jessica. To slow they said. Well, now I've sided with the yeas -- yours.
Thanks.
BTW. Watched Inglourious Basterds last night at Fantasia here in Montreal. Great, great film. I'll try and write a well-crafted review and post it on my blog.
Enjoying the summer?
This movie is one of my all time faves as well!! It was the first horror movie that I ever saw at the theatre. A Drive-In double bill with A Refelection Of Fear(a twisted little movie in it's own right). I am always happy to see someone who shares the love for this fabulous film!!

Let's Scare Jessica To Death is fantastic. It's one of the most atmospheric horror films I've ever seen. Things just don't seem right when you watch it. Very creepy stuff!
Racicot...
I am enjoying the summer, thank you. I would like to see more movies and blog more, but it gets tricky sometimes.
I am so looking forward to that review of INGLORIOUS. It's one of my most anticipated releases of this year. Which is odd because I usually loathe anything with The Pitt.
PS
Anyone who considers JESSICA "too slow" really doesn't appreciate films, anyway. I consider that film to be a masterpiece of psychological terror. It doesn't get any better than being afraid of the things that may or may not be real rather than the things that jump out at you and make themselves manifest.

Lord...
A double bill with REFLECTION OF FEAR. That just sounds perfect to me. So. Jealous.

So true!

Re: the Pitt...
It LOOKS like ham. It SMELLS like ham. But it tastes like BBQ.
Eli, on the other hand, is a hot dog that proves to be made of Tofu. LoL.
Tarantino's masterpiece thus far.
LSJTD is one of my absolute favorite finds of the last 5 years. Perfect atmosphere and excellent build, I hope more people get drawn to it! Will check out the website immediately
An excellent film that really shows how powerful some folklore can be. My review here: http://bit.ly/bRofGr
Great review, Brett!
